Digital Athletic Clearance
Turlock High School athletic department is happy to announce that athletic clearances can now be completed online.
We have uploaded all of our clearance forms to the athletic clearance website. This will allow our athletes to do their clearance paperwork from home. Every form can be filled out online and your sports coach will have access to the forms. This will reduce paperwork and give the coach instant access to their athletes to see where they are in the clearance process. An athlete must be cleared before participating in any sport. THS Sports Physicals Day
THS Sports Physicals Day will be on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026
- Location: Bulldog Arena (Boys Gym)
- $25 Cash ONLY
- Freshmen and Sophomores from 12:45 pm-2:15 pm
- Juniors and Seniors from 2:15 pm-3:30 pm
- Bring a completed medical history and the top portion of the Physician's Exam.
- Sports Physical Packets are available for pickup in the Activities Office and the Athletic Training Room.
Sports Physicals Due Date
Fall Sports
All Fall Sports (Cheer, Cross Country, Girls Flag Football, Football, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Water Polo) due July 31st, 2026, by 6 pm.
Winter Sports
All Winter Sports (Basketball, Soccer, and Wrestling), due by October 30th, 2026, by 6 pm.
Spring Sports
Baseball, Softball, and Boys Tennis, due January 22nd, 2027, by 6 pm.
Track & Field and Boys Volleyball, due January 29th, 2027, by 6 pm.
Boys Golf and Swim, due February 5th, 2027, by 6 pm.
